Borey Icon Kampot

Borey ICON Kampot is a new residential project opening in the serene province of Kampot. Developed by HL Nakara Development Co., Ltd., Borey ICON Kampot endeavours to be the first residential project with a tourist-focused commercial center in the city. Both its residential and commercial components are topped with a 23.9m high Buddha monument, making it the premier contender for Kampot’s most iconic developments in the next few years. Kampot as a city is seeing new interest as developers expand their portfolio across Cambodia. While certainly urbanizing (~600,000 residents, 2019 census), it has maintained its pristine surroundings and built itself up as the alternative to popular beach destinations like Sihanoukville. This serene and quiet environment is what Borey ICON Kampot is building its residential portfolio on. The project measures a total of 4 hectares with 152 Shophouses surrounding the commercial area. Shophouses have up to 3 floors and are designed with a modern take on the popular Cambodian home, all while keeping the aspects that made it so well-liked in the first place. This includes high-ceilings to accommodate Kampot’s cool breeze, expertly designed floor layouts that make it intuitive for families to move around, and generous spaces that can host various family activities. Borey ICON Kampot has planned through this as it’s built with 10m wide roads on the inside and wider 12m roads directly connecting to National Road 3, making traffic jams a lot less of a concern!
